Placing Sloped Roof Other Direction

Since there are no stone ramps i am trying to use a sloped stone roof for a ramp up onto a foundation that is too high off the ground to easily step on.

As you can see in the screenshot below it is green to snap through going the opposite direction i want but trying to get it around any of the edges just won t work.
